01 — Project overview

Tooth A Dental Clinic is a patient-first web experience built around reassurance and clarity. The visual direction makes essential care information easy to scan while keeping appointment actions visible throughout the journey.

02 — Problem

Patients need to feel comfortable before they book. The design had to balance trustworthy clinical information with a welcoming tone and an obvious path to contact the clinic.

03 — My role

  • Patient-facing interface design
  • Responsive frontend development
  • Appointment journey and content structure

04 — Technical architecture

Frontend
React · responsive patient interface
Backend
Working appointment-request flow; implementation details are private

05 — Engineering challenge

An online request must make the preferred time easy to submit without implying that the clinic has already confirmed the appointment.

06 — Approach

I shaped the experience around the questions patients ask first—what care is offered, who provides it, and how to book—then carried those answers into responsive layouts and clear calls to action.

07 — Solution

A calm dental palette, generous whitespace, friendly service presentation, and persistent appointment cues create a clinic experience that feels both professional and human.

08 — Backend & data

The live site includes a working backend for appointment requests. Patients can send a preferred service and time online; the clinic then follows up to confirm the appointment.

09 — Key features

  • Service information
  • Dentist and clinic introduction
  • Appointment requests with clinic follow-up

10 — Outcome

The project demonstrates a focused healthcare website that turns first-time visitors into informed patients through clear content and low-friction navigation.

11 — What I learned

Reassurance is a usability feature. The right hierarchy and plain-language guidance can make a healthcare decision feel much less intimidating.

Portfolio note. These visuals present the product direction and interface scope in a client-friendly format. Live previews and public repositories are linked where available.
