Interface story

The design in detail.
One connected experience.

Screens captured from the clinic’s original domain. The services page notes that its treatment content is still sample material for clinic review.

01 — Project overview

The Saynes–Soriano Dental Clinic website gives local patients a welcoming introduction to the practice. Its public pages connect the dentist’s profile with care information, a gallery, practical contact details, and appointment requests.

02 — Problem

A first visit to a dental clinic starts with trust. The website needs to make the people, place, treatment information, and next step easy to understand.

03 — My role

  • Frontend development
  • Responsive patient journey
  • Clear appointment and service navigation

04 — Technical architecture

Frontend
Next.js · responsive clinic pages
Backend
Working appointment-request flow; implementation details are private

05 — Engineering challenge

The interface needs to gather a patient request clearly while reserving final appointment confirmation for the clinic.

06 — Approach

I prioritized the information a new patient looks for first: the dentist, location, care options, and a clear way to enquire. The homepage and supporting pages use the same navigation and appointment cues so the route to contact remains familiar.

07 — Solution

A warm cream, deep green, and gold visual system pairs the dentist’s portrait with clear navigation and prominent appointment actions.

08 — Backend & data

The live clinic website includes a working backend for appointment requests. Submitting a request starts the clinic follow-up process; it does not automatically confirm a booking.

09 — Key features

  • Dentist profile and clinic details
  • Treatment overview and gallery
  • Appointment-request flow

10 — Outcome

The original-domain website offers a cohesive introduction to the practice. Its services page currently marks treatment descriptions as sample content pending clinic review.

11 — What I learned

For a local healthcare website, clarity is more useful than an elaborate booking claim. The content and calls to action should show exactly what is available and what still needs clinic approval.

Portfolio note. These visuals present the product direction and interface scope in a client-friendly format. Live previews and public repositories are linked where available.
