Five product views connect shopper discovery with account, moderation, and performance workflows.

Filters, categories, ratings, and product cards help shoppers move from browsing to a meaningful shortlist.

Specifications, reviews, questions, pricing, and purchase actions are structured around confident evaluation.

A focused onboarding experience creates a clear transition from anonymous browsing to participation.

Reports, pending reviews, flagged products, and actions are organized for fast, accountable decisions.

Revenue, orders, customers, payment status, and coupon performance support day-to-day operations.
01 — Overview
ProductPulse explores the full product-review ecosystem rather than stopping at a storefront. It gives shoppers a structured way to discover and evaluate products while giving administrators the operational tools needed to manage quality, reports, promotions, and performance.
02 — Challenge
Product discovery, reviews, commerce, and moderation create several competing workflows. The challenge was to keep the shopper experience simple while giving administrators enough control to review reports, manage products, issue coupons, and understand platform activity.
03 — Process
I separated the experience by user intent, created reusable information patterns for products and reviews, and designed role-aware navigation for shopper and admin views. Complex management screens were organized around decisions rather than raw data.
04 — Solution
The platform combines filterable discovery, detailed product and review pages, authentication, moderation queues, product controls, coupons, payment views, and analytics dashboards in one responsive design language.
05 — Outcome
The case study shows how a consumer-facing product can scale into an operational platform without losing clarity. It demonstrates both polished marketplace UI and the structured thinking required for administration workflows.
06 — What I learned
Dashboards become more useful when every number leads to a decision. Moderation status, product health, revenue, and coupons are presented with an obvious next action instead of as decoration.
Portfolio note. These visuals present the product direction and interface scope in a client-friendly format. Live previews and public repositories are linked where available.
