01 — Project overview

PangaGo introduces a community-powered local delivery concept for Pangasinan. The public website explains the planned experience and gives customers, restaurant partners, and riders a way to register interest before launch.

02 — Problem

A platform that has not launched yet needs to explain its value clearly while making the different early-access paths easy to find.

03 — My role

  • Website design and responsive development
  • Separate early-access journeys for customers, restaurants, and riders
  • Working backend for the current early-access experience

04 — Technical architecture

Frontend
Next.js · responsive public website
Backend
Working early-access handling; implementation details are private
Product roles
Customer · restaurant partner · rider; ordering is pre-launch
Hosting
Vercel

05 — Engineering challenge

One platform needs distinct customer, restaurant, and rider entry points, while the live site must remain honest that ordering is not yet available.

06 — Approach

I separated the message for customers, restaurants, and riders while keeping the local Pangasinan identity at the center. Each path points toward an early-access action instead of implying that ordering is already available.

07 — Solution

Local imagery, Pangasinan-focused language, a clear preview of planned services, and prominent early-access actions establish the idea and invite participation.

08 — Backend & data

PangaGo has a working backend for its current early-access website. The public platform is still pre-launch and is not yet accepting delivery orders.

09 — Key features

  • Customer waitlist
  • Restaurant-partner interest
  • Rider interest and launch information

10 — Outcome

The public early-access website communicates the concept and gathers interest through a working backend. PangaGo is not yet accepting delivery orders.

11 — What I learned

A pre-launch website earns trust by being precise about its current stage. Clear expectations matter as much as an appealing product promise.

Portfolio note. These visuals present the product direction and interface scope in a client-friendly format. Live previews and public repositories are linked where available.
