01 — Project overview

Inspire Confidence helps organisations explore practical confidence training for employees and leaders. The public website presents Paula Beattie’s perspective, Quiet Power® and Lead to Inspire programmes, testimonials, and ways to start a conversation.

02 — Problem

The site needs to explain an intangible outcome—workplace confidence—in concrete terms while helping organisational buyers understand the programmes and decide how to reach out.

03 — My role

  • Client-facing website design and development
  • Programme and content structure
  • Responsive implementation and feedback-led refinement

04 — Technical architecture

Platform
Wix
Experience
Responsive, content-led programme and consultation pages

05 — Engineering challenge

The site must make several training programmes understandable to different organisational buyers while keeping contact paths consistent across devices.

06 — Approach

I organized the content around the visitor’s decision: understand Paula’s approach, compare training routes, see proof from past work, and choose a way to get in touch. The public pages keep those paths connected through consistent navigation and calls to action.

07 — Solution

Clear programme paths, personal photography, proof from past work, and repeated consultation links connect the brand story to a practical next step.

08 — Key features

  • Founder and programme pages
  • Client proof and resources
  • Consultation pathways

09 — Outcome

The public site brings the founder’s expertise, training offer, testimonials, and consultation journey into one connected web experience.

10 — What I learned

For a service with an emotional outcome, specific programmes and real client context do more work than abstract promises. The interface should make those details easy to compare.

Portfolio note. These visuals present the product direction and interface scope in a client-friendly format. Live previews and public repositories are linked where available.
